Run For Orphans 2014 is one of the charity activities of Caring Club as part of the club's on-going support to help the orphanages. Through this activity, Caring Club in collaboration with Mahallah Zubair Al-'Awwam Representative Committee will be raising funds for the Orphanages affiliated with Caring Club. 

In this worthy cause, participants get to enjoy a picturesque run and fun filled fringe activities in the name of raising funds for the orphanages. To encourage greater participation from the public, various categories, including the 10KM Competitive Run and 5KM Fun Run will be available for registration. 

Funds raised from this event will be channeled to the orphanages thru the multiple activities which will be held for them at their respective orphanages.

Caring Club

Caring Club is one of the fifteen clubs under IIUM Center for University Social Responsibility (CENSERVE) which focuses on the matters related to orphans. This club was established in 1997 and continuously held many programs such as mentoring and facilitating to the orphans nearby. Among the activities that give big-impact to the orphans are frequent visits to a few orphanages as well as conducting religious, motivation, and academic activities. 

Mahallah Zubair Al-'Awwam Representative Committee (MRC Zubair)

Mahallah Zubair Al-'Awwam Representative Committee is an official registered student body under the Office of Deputy Rector Student Affairs (ODRSA) IIUM. This student body was established in 2005 in order to organize programs related to the needs of the residential college for example sports, cultural, and welfare of the residents. MRC Zubair Al-'Awwam also tend to the needs and welfare of all the residents and voice out any of their concerns or comments for the betterment of the residents living inside.
